What do your employees need?  

Often, non-native speakers of English wish to communicate more clearly while speaking American English. They are frustrated by having to repeat themselves and may not feel confident when making presentations or talking on the phone.  They may feel their pronunciation is holding them back from promotions at work. They wish to communicate more clearly while speaking American English.  In some cases, the employee may not know that he or she is being misunderstood or is difficult to listen to after an extended period of time.

People cannot effectively change their second language pronunciation without assistance from a native speaker. Between the ages of six and nine, people lose the ability to distinguish sounds that are different from their native language. They have to develop new muscles to make new sounds through practice and repetition.  A certified instructor can help them change their habits and make sure they are making the sounds correctly when they practice.
